Bereits mit dem Vorgänger konnte Entwickler Ageod erste Erfahrungen mit dem Kaiser der Franzosen sammeln. Jetzt wurde Napoleon's Campaigns 2 angekündigt, das dieses Mal von Paradox Interactive veröffentlicht wird, da Ageod nun für die Schweden arbeitet. Thema wird einmal mehr die Napleonischen Kriege von 1805-1815 sein, als der Korse seine großen Siege aber Niederlagen wie in Russland einfuhr. Erscheinen soll das rundenbasierte Strategiespiel grob im dritten Quartal 2012.
